Cash on delivery
We keep checkout simple: you pay when your order arrives. No card is charged on our site.
How it works
- Place your order with a valid email and phone so we can reach you.
- We prepare and ship your items. You will see status updates on your orders page when signed in, or via order lookup with your email.
- Pay the courier the order total in cash (or the method they accept) when your package is handed to you. Have the exact amount ready when possible.

What to prepare
- Your order ID (from confirmation email or account).
- Cash for the total shown on your order — that is your final amount after any discounts.
- A safe, accessible spot for handoff if you added delivery notes (gate codes, etc.).

Security & scams
Kindred Hearth will not ask you to pay by gift card or wire transfer. If something feels off, contact us using the same channel as your order confirmation and include your order ID.
